Your video must show the need for at least one of the following admendments:
1. Raise the bar
2. Great teachers and principals
3. Public funding for excellence
4. Empower parents with great choices
5. This is an urgent matter
6. No excuses.

Winner will be selected by a combination of judges and public voting.
