Northwest Cherries wants you to have fun entering the “Next Great Chef” Contest. For the benefit of all contestants, please keep these guidelines in mind when you make your video, as they are part of the Official Rules:
1. Keep the video to three minutes or less
2. Make it informative: we’re looking for you to explain which variety(ies) of Northwest cherry you are using and why it works for the recipe; we’re also watching ingredients and quantities needed, how you prepare your dish, and the end product.
3. Keep It Clean. No swear words, insults, or offensive content. Don’t disrespect anyone or try to embarrass them. Keep in mind: What would your parents think about your video?
4. Safety First. Follow the usage instructions on your kitchen appliances. Don’t include extreme stunts in your video or make your video in a dangerous place.
5. Keep Out Personal Information such as your last name, address, phone number, e-mail address or school name — anywhere in the video.
6. Remember: Northwest Cherries only! Don’t let us see anyone else’s logo or name in your cherries in the video. Also please wear logo-free clothing.
7. Get the okay from others before putting them on video. You must have the okay from everybody in the video (if under 18, one of their parents). If they don’t agree to be in it, you can’t show them!
